Due to the expansion of our soft fruit business we have the following vacancy.
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Responsible for managing 3 glasshouse sites in East Anglia. Ensuring crops are produced to the highest quality, working to budgets and reaching production targets. You will also be responsible for motivating and leading a team of dedicated growers, determining staffing levels for seasonal staff.
Computer literacy with cropware programs an advantage, though training will be given.
Clean driving licence required, sense of humour essential.
