--The FPJ team is hitting the road to host a series of conferences around the UK, to both re-enforce our own ties with you, our readers, and bring together the supply chain of each of the regions we visit. Our first stop is Scotland, where growers, wholesalers, foodservice suppliers, retail market traders, independent retailers and government representatives will come together at Perth Racecourse on February 23, to discuss what needs to be done to enhance supply-chain ties, and how the nation can best deploy its resources to its own long-term benefit as well as that of Scottish consumers.--
